By accessing and using QR Generator Pro (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

QR Generator Pro is a platform that allows users to create, customize, and manage static and dynamic QR codes. The Service includes free and paid features (BASIC and PRO plans).

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service offers three plans: FREE, BASIC (€0.99/month or €9.99/year), and PRO (€1.99/month or €19.99/year). Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not offer a free trial for paid plans. Payment is made at the time of subscription and renews automatically according to the selected period (monthly or yearly).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to premium features and your dynamic QR codes will be scheduled for deletion in 7 days. If you renew your subscription within 7 days, the deletion will be canceled and you will recover all your dynamic QR codes. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) create QR codes that link to illegal, malicious, fraudulent content or that infringe third-party rights; (c) attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the Service; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QR Generator Pro and are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws. The QR codes you create are your property, but you grant us a license to store and display them as part of the Service.

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective when published. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
